Great Central Florida Running Courses:

<use image "courses">

Like most of us, you may come to a point where you find yourself lacing up and heading out your front door to run the same old tired route as you did the day before – and the day before that – and so on.  Sometimes it’s nice to mix things up and drive a short distance to a different route or even go wild and drive to a completely new area on the “other side of town”.

What Orlando Women Runners Are Saying:

"Where do you like to run?"

Anywhere that my knees, achilles tendon, or shins don't hurt! But seriously? I am loving me some Seminole trail especially early morning runs when the frogs are super noisy.

West Orange Trail

Baldwin Park, downtown in the neighborhoods.
- Jenny

Around and through Woodlawn Cemetery. Sounds creepy, but it's BEAUTIFUL and dead quiet! haha
- Shannon

I like the trail around Baldwin Park too or around the lakes in College Park.
- Diane

Baldwin Park or the Cady Way Trail
- Katy

Downtown Oviedo (Seminole Trail), over 434 bridge behind Winter Springs High to Central Winds Park and back. Its a great 14 mile mostly tree covered run.

Anywhere that helps me zone out ;)
- Jordan

Cranes Roost in Uptown Altamonte
- Alex

Ooooh I love Crane's Roost too!! And I live in the Springs in Longwood and it's nice to run in here, also.
